Brouwersdam

The Brouwersdam is the ideal location for a number of beach and wind-sports. And the presence of two beach-restaurants also makes it ideal for for a day out with collegues or friends. The large wide beach makes it a safe spot to make your first steps in one of the possible water or beach-sports. 

Even within the world of kitesurfers the Brouwersdam is a well-known spot. In the last 6 years it has evolved into a true kitesurf-Mecca. The absence of strong currents or waves makes it the ideal location to follow kiteboarding lessons.

For Blokarting and Kiteboarding a large wide beach is required. On top of that, these sports also have to be allowed...

On the picture below is depicted which part of the beach of the Brouwersdam is especially reserved for extreme sports as kitesurfing and Blokarting.
